Approaching Grand Rapids from Chicago
Take I-94 East. In Michigan,
around the Benton Harbor / St. Joseph area, I-94
will branch. Take I-196
East (I-94 continues east to Kalamazoo). Stay on I-196
until you reach Exit #64 (Route
M-6) in the Grand Rapids area. Exit M-6 at Exit #5
(Byron Center Avenue) and turn left (north)
onto Byron Center Avenue.
Drive 3.6 miles and turn left (west)
on Prairie Street. Highlight's driveway will be
approx. 0.3 (three-tenths) mile
from the intersection on the south (left) side.
Approaching Grand Rapids from Detroit / Lansing using I-96 West (2
choices):
1) Take Exit 46 (M-6); from
M-6, take Exit 5 (Byron Center Avenue), turn right (north);
drive
3.6 miles to Prairie Street traffic light, turn left (west); go approximately
0.3
(three-tenths) mile to Highlight's driveway on the left (south) side.

2) Take Exit 43A (28th Street WEST);
drive approx. 7 miles to Byron Center Avenue;
turn
left (south) on Byron Center Avenue; the next traffic light is Prairie Street;

Approaching Grand Rapids from Kalamazoo using Route 131 North (2 choices):
1) Take Exit 79 (44th Street), turn
left (west). Drive approx. 2½ miles to Byron
Center
Avenue and turn right (north). Drive to Prairie Street, approx. 1½
miles,

turn left (west). Highlight's driveway is approx. 0.3 (three-tenths) mile
on
the
left (south) side.

Turn left (south) onto Byron Center Avenue. The next traffic light will be

Approaching Grand Rapids from Cadillac / Big Rapids using Route 131 South
(2 choices):
1) Coming into the Grand
Rapids area, you will encounter I-96 exits. DO NOT EXIT.
REMAIN
ON 131. Farther south will be an exit (just after Leonard street exit)
for
I-196 West.
Take this exit. Drive until Exit #70 (Route 11 / Grandville exit). You must
exit
from the
left lane of I-196. After exiting, turn left (east) onto 28th street.
Drive approx.
1½
miles to Byron Center Avenue. Turn right (south) onto Byron Center Avenue.
The
next traffic
light will be Prairie Street. Turn right (west) onto Prairie Street.
