ORDER CANCELATION POLICY FOR GENERAL PRODUCTS AND STANDARD MACHINES
 
Highlight is dedicated to providing exemplary customer service to all of our customers. We seek to quickly and accurately process all orders. If you have any questions regarding your purchase, we will do everything we can to address your concerns. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. As most in-stock items ship within 24 hours from our warehouse, it is imperative that you promptly contact us so we may attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped.

A Representative will attempt to process your order cancellation request immediately upon receipt. If your request is successfully completed, a confirmation will be provided to you either via email, fax or phone. Please note that if you do not receive a confirmation from a Highlight Representative, we may have already processed and/or shipped your order and are unable to cancel, or else we did not receive your cancelation request.

Until you have received a confirmation from a Highlight Representative that an order was canceled, please do not assume that it has been canceled.

Orders not canceled before shipment are subject to Highlight’s return policy.  Also, there are special terms and conditions for cancelation of customized machinery orders.
